Alfa Romeo Service Schedule

To keep your Alfa Romeo vehicle operating at peak performance for many years to come, routine vehicle maintenance is a must. That is why it is important to be familiar with the recommended Alfa Romeo maintenance schedule. While recommendations may vary a bit based on the model year and trim level of your vehicle, this general overview should suffice in most cases. When it is time for Alfa Romeo service, you can trust your vehicle to the automotive experts at McKevitt Alfa Romeo of Berkeley. The Alfa Romeo service cost at our state-of-the-art service center is also quite competitive. We want to ensure that your Giulia or Stelvio is ready for the roads of San Leandro and Walnut Creek.

15,000-Mile Service

The first milestone on the Alfa Romeo service schedule comes at 15,000 miles. Only basic service is required because your vehicle is still fairly new and should not have any issues. A technician will perform an inspection under the hood to confirm everything is running smoothly. These Alfa Romeo service tasks are also included at the 15,000-mile mark:

  • Oil Change – Drained and Replaced
  • Check All Fluid Levels – Top Off as Needed
  • Tires Rotated and Balanced
  • Check Air Filter – Replace if Necessary

30,000-Mile Service

When your vehicle hits the 30,000-mile mark, a technician will once again perform an inspection under the hood. At this time, an oil change should be performed and the power steering fluid should be replaced. What else is needed at this step?

  • Many of the Same Services at 15,000-Mile Interval
  • Check Brake Pads – Replace if Necessary
  • Check Vehicle Coolant
  • Rotate the Tires
  • Suspension and Shock Check
  • Check Fuel Filter – Replace if Necessary

60,000-Mile Service

At this interval, many of the same services performed at the other two milestones will be repeated here. The engine coolant should be changed, and the transmission fluid and filter should be changed if it was not necessary at 30,000 miles. Here is what else to expect:

  • Many of the Same Services from 30,000-Mile Interval
  • Inspect Brake Rotors – Replace if Necessary
  • Check for Wear on Belts and Hoses – Replace if Necessary
  • Replace Battery if Necessary

90,000-Mile Service

Your Alfa Romeo vehicle will receive a very thorough inspection at this interval. Once again, the technician will perform an inspection under the hood to look for any damaged components. The issues will be corrected, and the fuel system will also be checked out. If you have yet to replace your tires, it will be recommended at this Alfa Romeo maintenance interval. Now is also a good time to have the serpentine and timing belts replaced.

  • Many of the Same Services from 60,000-Mile Interval
  • Check Spark Plugs – Replace if Necessary
  • Inspect Vehicle Safety Technology Features
